Bols Genever

Relaunched by Amsterdam's Lucas Bols (around since 1652), Genever's the Dutch gin that first anchored cocktails like the Holland House and the Collins, consequently inspiring jealous Brits to invent dry gin. The new version includes 50% triple-distilled malt wine, 42% neutral grain alcohol, and a blend of botanicals kept proprietary save for juniper, known as the "Glory Berry" for being totally useless aside from helping make hooch.
