Party on a bike, next to sororities

Not just what you hilariously say when you totally trick someone in the early '90s, CYC is also a West Campus fitness center with a social media twist that'll let you brag about calories burned/miles ridden straight from your bike

Created by a Hawaiian-born trainer who won the Village Voice's award for Best Instructor in NYC, the CYC program is a 45min, 20+ mile, 800cal-burning stationary cycling workout paired with dynamic neon lighting that gives every class a dance club vibe, plus never-the-same house music playlists that'll help make any Fat Boy Slim

The staff of "cycologists" are more party general than drill sergeant, leading sessions of up to 48 riders spinning on top-of-the-line Schwinns (they supply the shoes, you bring your own sick Bobby Bonilla spoke cards) while switching between different resistances, in-and-out of saddle positions, and weighted arm exercises simulating swimming, boxing, and crunches

Coming soon: they'll be unveiling new workouts, a road trip function that charts your progress towards a geographic location, and even a program where every mile ridden earns pennies for a charity, which should get everyone pretty syke-ed.
