Electric bikes just haven't caught on here like they have in China, probably because of Americans' staunch commitment to doing things themselves, like borrowing enough money from China so that we can all drive cars. Why not at least try BH E-Motions, just in to Pete's Electric Bikes.
Available at the Pete's in Boulder, Aspen, and Frisco, and absolutely nowhere else in the US, BH's Spanish-made e-bikes are “innovative in design and technology”, with bottom-bracket motors to automatically give you a push whenever you need it, and a head-turning “European look and feel”, aka what happens to your mom on the Italian subway right in front of you. Have these people no decency?! If you're looking to take a new ride into the mountains, there's the 43lb aluminum-framed E-Motion Sport, which'll roll for 50mi on a single charge, and packs a 250watt motor developed in conjunction with Panasonic, aka what a Yelp reviewer does when dissatisfied with his rollerskating waitress. For road-biking to work, there's a slightly lighter 37lb joint, which boasts 70mi of pedal assistance on a 312watt motor, and, like the Sport, is available in an array of pimp colors, from matte whites and blacks, to gloss blacks and blues, also apparently what hip-hop listeners did due to Chris Brown's album being so good.
Pete's offers complete service on the bikes should anything ever get all broke down the line -- something that's more likely to happen to the US than China, where they peddle everything.
