Colorado streetwear fave opens on Newbury

Eager to bring their popular line of street- & snow-wear to a place where the Hills are Blue, not very steep, and located in Milton, the popular Colorado-born label's just unveiled their first East Coast brick & mortar, a woodsy Back Bay outpost paying homage to the Revolutionary War-commencing British attack at Lexington and Concord (SPOILER ALERT: We won!). Feast your eyes on: The Space: Designed with a sort of late-1700s-Colonial-America-meets-Colorado mountain lodge aesthetic (natch), the rustic, barnwood-plank-heavy brownstone rocks cords of stacked firewood throughout (and on the ceiling!), a ledger stone fireplace w/ mounted antlers, a lantern-lit, canvas tent fitting room, and even a giant curtain that makes it seem like you're walking in and out of a forest (SPOILER ALERT: You're not!).The Style: Signature cut-and-sewn wares range from premium Japanese selvedge denim and organic ringspun cotton tanks adorned with toucans, to the Hellbound Labor wax cotton zip jacket, which feels sturdy enough to stop a musket ball (SPOILER ALERT: It can't!).
