A Soccer Ball Filled With Cameras Makes For A Crazy Ride
The Brazuca is the official ball of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. It's a pretty great design, and the tech behind it is fascinating. But the geniuses at Adidas had a better idea than just a ball: throw some cameras in it, and record the ride.
This particular Brazuca is not exactly game legal, although a ball with sensors in it would definitely make for less missed calls on the pitch. But the spinning video it records is both awesome and nausea inducing, and definitely worth checking out. You can follow the Brazuca on Twitter as it journeys around the world (but probably not the U.S., let's be honest).
