Watch SpaceX Launch a Rocket Live

At 4:58 EDT (that's EST adjusted for daylight saving time), America will penetrate the skies once again thanks to the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, which is resupplying the International Space Station with some essentials. SpaceX, Elon Musk's private space company, has twice restocked man's extraterrestrial base, but we'll never get tired of watching a rocket pierce the sky.

Watch the launch live below beginning at 4:20 EDT.

While you wait for the feed to go live, here's the rocket getting poised for launch. We'll let you make your own jokes.

Update: A helium leak has postponed the launch until Friday. Certainly anticlimactic.
