The 39yr-old Plaza is unveiling the $20mil remodeling that's completely refurbished the facade, brought in brand-new slot machines, and redone the rooms with natural color palettes and contemporary furnishings from the never-opened, now-abandoned Fontainebleau, proving even casinos can get skinned when they come to Vegas.
