This underwater dining room is an optical illusion. Or is it?

Okay, it is. Dubbed a "dining island" (although really more of a peninsula), this unconventional eating area at India's Monsoon Retreat in the Khandala Valley is planted smack in the middle of the outdoor swimming pool. But here's the optical catch -- it has a glass ceiling. And because the pool surrounds the table on three sides, if you look down through said glass from the roof deck above (which's attached to the master bedroom), guests appear to be eating while submerged underwater. Crazy, we know.

Check it out for yourself in more detail, right here.
