Unless you’re on the set of Mad Men, smoking on planes is illegal. And if you're on the set of Mad Men... hey, do you know Jon Hamm?

Regardless, one passenger didn't let laws get in the way of her lighting up and launching into a nonsensical rant on an American Airlines flight from Nicaragua to Miami on Saturday. The unnamed woman was caught smoking in a video posted by a Redditor who claims to have had the pleasure of sitting next to her.

According to Upsidedowndog's comments on Reddit, halfway through the flight, the woman “began to yell and ‘protest’...about the United State’s invasion of Venezuela, how the great Hugo Chavez was a friend to the USA, and how Obama kills people on Tuesdays.” Sounds legit.

Flight attendants reportedly told the woman if she didn’t stop shouting, they'd call the police to escort her off the plane. And when she didn't shut up, they did just that.

While waiting for police to arrive on the tarmac, the unruly flier started smoking and even tried to blame another passenger for the smoke. Which was lame, because at that point you might as well go all-in.

The cops arrived 20 minutes later, escorting the errant passenger off the plane, and and charging her with disorderly conduct.

You'd probably trade any of these 20 people for that lady, that's for sure.
