Bistro La Bonne

A loft-equipped, bar-lined galley in the former Axis B&G space, Bistro's serving up mussels three ways, entrees like a Bearnaise beef ribeye and grilled trout in white wine sauce (w/ shrimp/mussels/mushroom pilaf), and desserts like chocolate mousse and Ile Flottante, a "floating island in vanilla sauce, caramel sauce, and roasted almonds". For discombobulation, there're 25+ wines and 13 legit taps, including Gouden Carolus Triple, Founders Porter, and Arrogant Bastard Ale, or, as they say in France, "Ale".
