Noni’s, the family-owned-and-operated neighborhood trattoria in the Old Fourth Ward, was named for the founders’ Italian-born grandmother, and thus classic Italian fare rules the menu. And by the looks of the brick-front building and rustic, soulful food and drink, it may come as a surprise that Noni’s, open every day until 2:30am (and midnight on Sundays), is home to one of the neighborhood’s greatest late-night scenes.
