With a team that includes madman mixologist Albert Trummer and the Jones Wood Foundry chef, this hard-stuff-heavy gastropub will be slinging "Commonwealth-inspired" seasonal eats (lardon & poached egg flatbread, pappardelle w/ wild boar ragout, lobster corn dogs...), and boasts an apothecary-style bar turning out Prohibition-era tipples (some barrel-aged), special food-paired numbers, and five-ingredient punches, which Rick James thinks are all fingers.
