Posted up in the historic/triangular Junction Building, this Scotch-inspired 75-seater from the crew behind Bastille and Poquitos boasts two levels of polished wood-heavy drink space tricked out with stained glass/ironwork salvaged in Scotland, a small selection of eats (savory pies, charcuterie, Scottish smoked salmon), and both whiskey-based 'tails (the honey syrup/ oatmeal water/ cream/ cinnamon Atholl Brose), and house numbers like Stonehouse w/ Amaretto, OJ & Buffalo Trace, which got a lot harder for kindergarten artists after the 1880s.
