The Bon Appetit-lauded garden-to-tablers are celebrating the culinary heritage of their Malaysian-born chef de cuisine with a menu featuring Pork Rib Tea, Malaccan Black Pepper Crab, Kambling Korma (goat curry, roti canai flatbread, yogurt), and the unfortunately translated but still delicious Crispy Babi Chin: pork belly, miso, smoked lettuce, and ginger cracker, a misnomer, as "cracker" technically only applies to Georgians, and Carrot Top was born in Florida.
