Centro Beer Dinner


For the first time, the People's Republic can-masters are opening their doors to host a five-course beer dinner paired with Centro's Latin cuisine. A pale ale will wash down diver scallop crudo, a brown will flush pan-roasted lobster arepas, a barleywine will drown red chile/ honey-roasted pork loin, and, for dessert, their Belgian Cherry Chocolate Stout will complement a sour cherry and ancho chocolate torte, which, despite what all those reform-minded legal scholars think, sounds delicious!
