A just-opened beef bistro tucked into the "secluded oasis" of a Westminster grove, Hideaway's chef'd by a 10+ year Denver food vet and features an all-booth 50-seat dining room whose darkwood tables play host to "fantastically marbled", locally sourced Angus (raised sans antibiotics/hormones), and inventive protein plates that elevate it above a standard meat and potatoes joint, which's also what Sizzler employees toke on their smoke breaks.
