Pix've swapped out their spacious Westbourne Grove flagship for a centrally located, glazed-brick, wood-floored Soho sleeve, where daily changing pintxos are informally laid out on the bartop for people to freely take, then be charged (by-the-skewer) later. Tiny inventiveness includes asparagus & foie gras w/ white chocolate, mango & chorizo empanadas w/ Spanish cider, and smoked salmon w/ blackberry, which actually helped police determine who smoked the salmon.
