Taking place on the 24th, the Tavolone supper-clubbers have teamed up with Marky Market on a four-courser centerpieced by the freshest Brecon Beacons lamb, which'll be marinaded for a day, then very slow-braised for another. It'll be aided by sides like creamed fennel, and finished with St John's vanilla ice cream. All the while, your liver will be baptized by unlimited wine from Borough Market, after which your head will droop onto your platter.
