Because Islington's clearly been begging to have its Citroen garage turned into a farm-to-table popup, you now have 'til summer to sit on hay-bales at wooden trestles, consuming the likes of pork in cinnamon & milk w/ lemon crackling, Cumbrian Black Face lamb w/ chicory & anchovy dressing, and squid stuffed w/ chorizo. Dishes are rustled up according to whatever the farm provides that day, by the author of "Cooking Without Recipes", a chef whose first name is fortunately not Little.
