The airy eatery inside the Fairmont Miramar is showcasing plenty of seasonal, SoCal-sourced ingredients with its multitude of menu options, offering both traditional and vegan multi-course dinners for onsite dining and curbside pickup. You’ll find versions of kale and chicory salads, Weiser Farms carrots, and charred Brussels sprouts, plus various forms of decadent desserts on all three menus. The meatier menus are centered around molasses, sage, and rosemary-brined Mary’s turkey with Madeira giblet gravy and celery root-and-sage stuffing, while the plant-based dinner includes charred cauliflower and cauliflower puree alongside roasted mushrooms and mushroom gravy.

You’ll finish off the meal with a Fig Tart garnished with local honey and yogurt sorbet. If you’ve got a group to entertain at home, opt for the curbside pickup package that serves eight and comes with the whole Slow-Roasted Free Range Turkey with the same fixings, in addition to Sage and Apple Stuffing, Sweet Potato Puree with crème fraiche and chives, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Green Beans with garlic confit and bacon, a Red Endive and Arugula Salad, and Whole Pumpkin Pie.
