This steakhouse on California's Central Coast was a destination dining spot long before it got its 15 minutes of fame in <em>Sideways</em>. Everything from filet mignon and pork ribs to duck breast and quail are grilled the California way on an open fire of red oak, and the pinot noir, made at the in-house winery, is some of the best in Santa Barbara County -- if not the whole state.
