From a Basque dude whose dad and grandad both fished the Kantauri Sea between France and Northern Spain, Kantauri uses old world generational know-how to cook up Basque seafood and other Northern Iberian grub (i.e., more French, less Med) served in a maritime-ish spot with espresso-stained concrete floors, bistro tables, and fishing nets, who must've been kidding with that Devin Harris for 'Melo trade.
