Using only fresh and locally sourced animals, Cleaver and Company will slice and dice just about any meat you can dream up. They also make their own in-house sausages and broths, and render their own animal fat. Oh, and just so they don't waste anything, they make soap and pet food with the leftovers. So you can bring home some of your filet mignon for Fido, sort of.
