This restaurant (located in the Conservatorium Hotel) is named for the giant Japanese drum, and there’s one being played in the dining room while you eat (seriously), and all ingredients for its dishes -- from Korean BBQ and dim sum to tuna sashimi and Wagyu beef -- are either cultivated locally or flown in from Asia.
