Owned by a Buffalo native, Capos is essentially a one-man show. The New York-style pizza is made with fresh ingredients and baked in a deck oven, which looks kind of like a Craftsman tool chest, and it churns out some pretty spectacular pies. Menu highlights at this neighborhood spot include speciality pizzas, subs on homemade rolls, and over-stuffed cannolis.
