Osetra's New Raw Bar

Bolstering their three-story wine tower-surrounding, wraparound bar with a 10ft ice/raw bar, the Fishhouse is now slinging mostly local seafood like scallops, mussels, up-to-4lb lobsters, and not-so-local Alaskan King Crab. They'll also be shucking four varieties of oysters daily, and serving up caviar like American Hackleback sturgeon, as Elisabeth Hackleback sturgeon is impossible to stomach.
