Book Hill Bistro

Washington DC

PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Originally planned as a deli before the Georgetown business community poo-poo'd the design, Book Hill Bistro decided the next best thing was a full-scale resto serving "innovative modern American cuisine with international influences", and's now set to open in a two story space rocking a back patio, an oak-trimmed granite bar, and pine floors/ rafters from "the original 1901 structure", which was also a store selling fashionable-yet-fairly priced cargo bloomers.
