Spike and his chefs at We, The Pizza have just dropped eight new pies inspired by their favorite towns, so prepare to globetrot most fattily with the fresh clams/ caramelized shallots/ béchamel North Shore Clam, and the jalapeno/ cilantro/ lime Mortadella Pico de Gallo -- inspired by Albuquerque, and representing both a step in pizza experimentation, and the first time anyone was ever inspired by Albuquerque.
