Asia Nine -- also the Chinese-language Ocean's Eleven prequel where they hire a tiny acrobatic white guy! -- is just launching a "Pan-Asian Tapas Brunch", bringing Thailand's vibrant street food scene to Penn Quarter via bird's eye chili bloody marys, crepe-like noodle wraps filled with shrimp, bamboo shoots & crushed peanuts, and deep-fried, Singapore­-style shrimp dumplings w/ spicy mayo.
