You’ll have a few choices when you dine, including an over-the-top seasonal tasting menu that is quite pricey but worth every penny if you have it, as well as a prix fixe menu with highlights like Kampachi Crudo with Sicilian pistachio and cocoa and oxtail ravioli, that's much less costly and also an excellent option (though it can also get a little pricey if you start adding the oh-so-tempting supplements).
