As if 2021 wasn’t already bizarre enough, you can now dig into a three Michelin-starred Thanksgiving Dinner in the comfort of your own home with a few measly clicks (and a wad of cash, of course). As for the goods, legendary chef Grant Achatz partnered with D’Artagnan to source a flock of eight to 14-pound organic, free-range Turkeys from a GOA-certified farm in Minnesota, so the bird is well covered. Top shelf starters and sides like Shrimp Cocktail, Butternut Squash Soup, Gelled Cranberry and Orange Rind Compote, Sage, Brown Spices, and Roasted Garlic Stuffing, and classic Pumpkin Pie plus extras like French Winter Truffle Mac and Cheese and an assortment of red Burgundy wines handily accompany the main attraction.
