Yet the chef likes to mix in a few Asian and European elements as well, taking inspiration from the melting pot mentality that built our great nation. The Desert Shores favorite has a sturdy, timeless dining room, but the best seats (when the weather is right) are in the outdoor garden alongside Lake Jacqueline.
