Open for lunch and dinner with the word ‘funky’ dotted across the menu, Belly offers a wide range of dishes that are good to chow down solo but easy to share with a group. There’s the recognizable crispy spring rolls, green papaya salad, and fried rice dishes—all with deliciously fresh and local ingredients whenever possible—but watch for the pork belly and egg claypot, prepared traditionally, or the crispy soft shell crab bao buns.
