In fact, the father-son duo of Beto and Julian Rodarte has become so successful in their Trinity Groves partnership with famed restaurateur Phil Romano that their location has widely expanded, quite possibly solely due to their famous liquid nitrogen margaritas and smothered totchos (nachos made with homemade tater tots, queso blanco, bacon, pico de gallo, and chile de arbol).
