Three words: <em>pizza happy hour</em>. From 3-5pm, University of Montana students and locals alike blow up Bridge Pizza for it's killer deal of an artisanal slice and a pint of craft beer for a mere $3.50. While it's light on the wallet, it's certainly not on the toppings -- unlike other budget pizzerias, the pies here are decked out with fresh, locally sourced ingredients like prosciutto, pineapple chutney, Gorgonzola, and house-made accoutréments like pickled vegetables and sausage. Bridge is also beloved for its hot and cold sandwiches and signature appetizers like the "pesto sticks," which add scratch-made pesto to the wholly satisfying house breadsticks.
