Dot’s Charcuterie & Bistrot

Seattle

PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Opened by the formerly mobile meat-monger behind the Seattle Sausage food cart, this counter-service protein purveyor is serving up locally produced sausages, pates, etc., from an old-school Fremont store front that's been freshly decked with modern pale wood furniture/ wainscoting and a wooden bull's head, and takes its name from the owner's grandmother.
