This brewhouse is passionate about the Badger State: most of the taproom's decor is from Wisconsin, and the brews are made with ingredients harvested on local farms. They've collaborated with PBR to brew a pre-prohibition "Old Tankard Ale," and they partnered with the University of Wisconsin to give agricultural students the chance to develop a beer that Wisconsin Brewing Company brewed and distributed.
