Kirby Ice House is a behemoth of a watering hole in Upper Kirby. It’s a 6,500sqft space with two large bars offering over 50 (mostly local) beers and craft cocktails on tap, and a backyard that expands over a full acre and is equipped with food trucks and plenty of seating. And it does more than just fit all of its guests -- with 300 parking spots, it fits their cars, too. To enter, you must be at least 23 years old, a regulation devoted to keeping the bar a neighborhood place for legal drinkers of the more experienced variety. Dogs of all ages are welcome.
