Pacific Seas

Los Angeles
Tiki Bar

Hidden inside Clifton's Cafeteria, Pacific Seas is a Tiki bar concept that is, in short, a Tiki bar on steroids. Located on the fourth floor of the historic Broadway building, the bar is a sort of homage to the original Pacific Seas that opened in 1932 and to Tiki bar legends like Bahooka, Trader Vic's, and Tiki Bob's. Expect classic tropical cocktails like a Mai Tai (based on the original Trader Vic's recipe), as well as a Fog Cutter, a Pacific Seas Daiquiri, and original in-house signatures. The food is less traditional than the cocktails, so though you'll find a pineapple Hoki-Poki platter, you'll also find more globally inspired dishes, like the Lobster Dynamite, which features a poached Maine lobster stuffed with scallops and avocado.
