Located on a site that used to house vineyards and orange groves near the Los Angeles River, the Spirit Guild is a craft distillery and tasting room in the Arts District. The head distiller has a penchant for gin, thus Astral Pacific Gin is the flagship product from the Guild, followed by Vapid Vodka. Production -- fermentation, distillation, and blending -- is done entirely in house; this is the Guild’s manifesto. Take a 45 minute tour of the distillery, taste the spirits, and leave with a bottle of your choice.
