It's difficult to make your way down Bardstown Road without stopping into Chill Bar, an always-friendly (and -- you guessed it -- chill) Highlands gay bar with smiling crowds spilling onto its popular outdoor patio, an area that makes you feel as if you're sipping cocktails on a friend's front porch.
