Fans of The Shop remember its days as a small, three-keg operation in the back of a Tempe coffee shop, but now they gather inside its industrial-chic, 20-barrel taproom on 1st, where they order from an extensive list of creative brews with unique ingredients, such as kumquats, bing cherries, cacao nibs, and papaya. There's an outdoor patio, too, where you'll sit beneath twinkle lights and order from the on-site food truck serving up beer-friendly fare like burgers and poutine.
