Irma's Burger Shack
The name of this OKC favorite alone tell you this place is old-school. This southern 50's diner with red leather booths, longhorns and all slings what else but greasy cheeseburgers and hand-cut fries. The Oklahoma-raised "no name ranch" beef makes the ultimate base for a slew of toppings like avocado, bacon, blue cheese, chillies, hickory sauce -- you name it, they've got it. Unless you're going for something with even more substance -- that's what the the chicken fried steaks and Frito pies are there for.
