Dallas is getting lamb-happy at this homegrown spot in Deep Ellum where meat takes center stage. The chef prepares lamb in all shapes and sizes, including cranked into merguez sausages, cured into charcuterie, tossed into pasta, and sauced up and served sloppy Joe-style. All of this is served inside an edgy space with industrial-chic touches. And though they don’t contain lamb (thankfully), the cocktails here are top-notch, too.
