Braddah’s is kinda like Chipotle but with a Hawaiian twist and minus the e-coli. That means you choose a burrito, bowl, taco, or nachos, and go down the line, loading stuff on top. The Island-inspired options include Kalua Pig, Huli Huli chicken, Pulehu steak, and grilled fish. Every salsa comes with a colorful tropical flavor, and the white rice is mixed with seaweed. And Braddah’s prepares its food with ingredients that are free of GMOs, antibiotics, and other unnecessary additives. The idea is catching on quickly. Four locations have opened since 2013, and a fifth one is on the way.
