One of LA's most famous chefs, Neal Fraser, is behind BLD restaurant, so it's no wonder we love it. It has a welcoming upscale café atmosphere, where you can chow down on our favorite item on the menu: the fried egg sandwich. It has thick cut-Neuske’s bacon, gruyére, and aioli on toasted sourdough...so it’s safe to assume that BLD stands for Big Life-changing Dough. Right?
