The beauty of the burger is in its simplicity: it's nothing more than a 1/3lb juicy, beef patty with a single slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, served on a soft, sesame seed bun. That laser-focus on just a few simple ingredients is likely the reason Huey's has expanded across the city, the burger slinging showing no signs of slowing down.
