The menu here is split between local seafood, such as nori-seared ahi tuna, and steaks from Ario's on-site dry aging room, with a few creations like foie gras torchon sprinkled in, too. Its elegant dishes and eccentric décor, which is part '50s living room, part glass-walled penthouse, arguably makes Ario the best restaurant in southwest Florida.
