This "sugar shack," an actual cabin in the woods of Rigault, Sucrerie De La Montagne is where all of your lumberjack breakfast dreams come true. The all-you-can-eat feast is an endless spread of eggs, sausage, ham, mashed potatoes, meatballs, meat pie, beans, and thick, crispy bacon. You can top it all off with maple syrup, which was made just outside the front door, and wash it all down with — you guessed it — boozy maple syrup drinks (wine, sangria, whiskey). The grand finale is the Tire A La Neige, where you essentially eat fresh maple taffy off a slab of snow with a tiny wooden stick (coats are recommended).
