Forgo the turkey this year and instead feast on prime cuts from restaurateur Simon Kim’s Korean steakhouse. In the dining room, Cote will offer its standard a la carte menu along with a special holiday version of its standard prix-fixe menu, the Butcher’s Feast. The meal will kick off with Turkey Mandoo and include four cuts of USDA Prime and American wagyu with a slate of ban-chan; Sticky Rice Stuffing; Scallion Salad; Spicy Kimchi Stew; and more. And guests will finish off their meal with the restaurant’s signature soft serve ice cream drizzled with soy caramel and a selection of pecan and pumpkin pies.
